Sunflower Correllian Nativist Shrine

Are you are looking for Wiccan/Pagan fellowship and an opportunity to increase your spiritual growth through a proven program of study? One of the major missions of this group is to assist those that want to learn more about Wicca.

Centered in Kansas City, we assist those interested in learning more about Wicca.  We primarily use the curriculum developed by http://www.witchschool.com which teaches the Correllian Nativist Tradition. On-line, in-person or blended versions are available.

Why Study Wicca?

Wicca is one of the fastest-growing religions in the United States.  Wicca is an inclusive, life-affirming faith and has no built-in discrimination or hate. While television and cinema portray the faith as being obsessed with power and spells, the true focus of the religion is understanding and working with the wonder, beauty, and majesty of nature and the universe. Like many faiths, we ask “Why are we here? What is our life’s purpose? How can we know deity? How can we help ourselves and humanity to become better, kinder, and more loving?”

But the Wiccan path is not for everybody.  It is a non-dogmatic, loosely structured religion that leaves important questions up to the individual to determine for himself or herself. It requires extraordinary honesty, dedication, persistence, and a deep commitment to change.  It is a decision to trust one’s individual experience, and to take responsibility in all areas of one’s life.  It is a commitment to change at the deepest inner levels.

There are many good, valid, and decent religious paths one can explore in the course of a lifetime. If you feel that Wicca is your spiritual calling, blessed be! If not, there’s no hard feelings.

Why Study Correllian Wicca?

The Correllian Nativist Tradition is not much different than other Wiccan traditions, but it does place a strong emphasis on the philosophical aspects of Wicca and on the spirituality and inner mysteries of the Wiccan religion.   Starting as a tiny familial tradition, the Correllian Nativist Tradition has grown to become an international organization with the intent of making Wiccan education and information available to all seekers, whether Correllian themselves or not. If a better understanding of Spirit makes one a better person, then sharing spiritual understanding should make a better world.

The Correllian Nativist Tradition education program not only helps you understand some interesting things about magic and Paganism, but it also takes you on a spiritual journey. If you apply the things you are taught and persevere in your studies, it will change you on the deepest levels of your being.  You will learn about parts of yourself that you may never have known existed, master psychic skills you’ve only read about or seen in movies, and learn how to use magic to take control of your very Destiny. You will develop strengths you do not now know that you have, and you will in time face your deepest fears and vanquish them.

Neither Wicca, nor the Correllian Nativist Tradition, is an exclusive religion.  We believe all paths lead to Deity, therefore we do not believe that one must belong to any given faith or tradition to be a good person or to grow spiritually. Nor is it necessary to belong to only one. Being a Correllian initiate does not mean you can not also be an Isian, Druidic, or Dianic initiate as well — or any other Tradition you might wish to study or join. You must however respect our tradition as a member and follow Correllian practices in Correllian temples — but what you do other places is your own business. Your private beliefs and conscience are your own business and we have no desire to dictate them to you. Wicca is about learning to make your own choices, and the Wiccan traditions exist to provide a framework in which to learn and grow. Wicca seeks to open your thinking, not to limit it.

Wicca is a path of transformation and growth which will challenge you and lead you to a renewed and enriched existence. Of course you don’t necessarily get all of this just from these lessons, but these lessons will help build a strong base to grow from.
